Food Quality is easily determined by using a refractometer to measure the Brix of plant Juices. The Brix Scale on a refractometer is a measure of the dissolved solids in the juice from your plant product. Most of the solids are carbohydrates in plant juices, but vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and other plant produced compounds are also present in the plant juice.	$BTX1 Refractometer.$	The main thing you want to remember is the higher the Brix value, the higher the nutrient content in your plants, and the higher the plant quality. 	High Yield Illustration High Brix Early Girl Tomatoes (10 brix) After 4 frosts, 215 tomatoes were harvested from one Early Girl Plant. 31 of those tomatoes were ripe. 100-200 tomatoes ripened and were previously harvested from the plant. The green tomatoes ripened in 2-3 weeks at room temperature. They were also 10 brix. “People are always asking us what makes you guys so different from the tons of vendors of garden products?

Here's the scenario from the farm to your table.

The growers are growing food that is low in nutrient value and quality. Some of the food spoils or is eaten up by insects and diseases right there on the farm and is thrown out or recycled back into the soil. The food that is harvested is crated up and shipped to food distributors. The food distributor throws out some of the food that has spoiled by the time they receive it. The food distributor supplies a number of stores and the stores throw out some of the food that spoils before they can put it on the shelf for the public to purchase. You, the consumer go to the store and purchase what looks good to you, passing over what is already spoiling since it was put out! You take it home and store it for a short while expecting to consume it, but end up finding a percentage has spoiled easily within days to a week, having to throw out part of that purchase.

Our starter Organic Gardening Kit supports 28 sq. feet (fourteen 18 gallon containers; 28 five gallon containers; 28 large plants in the soil; a 6" x 56 foot ground row). Additional 28 sq. foot fertilizer kits for $17.14 are available to support the number of plants you want to grow. Example of a conceptual garden plan illustrating how our Organic Gardening Kit is used ....

Start when frosts have stopped and the soil is starting to warm up.
If you have compost or other organic products that you want to till into your soil, spread it out over your garden area where you are going to plant.
Brew up our Microbe Tea for 24 hours or use our pre-brewed tea. Add yucca extract and Microbe Tea Food to the tea, dilute it, and spray the entire surface of your growing area down with the microbe tea. Apply the Microbe Tea even if you don't put down organic materials.
Till the soil to a depth of about 4-6 inches.
Mix together the Lime, Calphos, and Gypsum products and apply them to your soils. Apply the Biosol Mix 7-2-3 and Planters II trace mineral fertilizer to the soils. Mix everything into the top 8-12 inches of soil.
Brew up our Microbe Tea for 24 hours or use our pre-brewed tea. Add yucca extract and Microbe Tea Food to the tea, dilute it, and spray the entire surface of your growing area down with the microbe tea. The bacteria and fungi in the Microbe Tea will go to work on their food and start releasing the minerals that have been applied.
If you are planting rows of seeds, make your furrow and apply BioVam in the furrow and set the seed on top of the BioVam, then cover the seed with soil.
If you are transplanting plants, wash the soil and chemical fertilizers off the roots if chemical fertilizers were used on those plants, then apply BioVam to the roots and plant. If your transplant didn't have chemical fertilizers applied then loosen the soil around the roots and apply BioVam to the roots and plant.
After everything is planted, brew up Microbe Tea, add yucca extract and microbe tea food and dilute and spray with a pump sprayer or don't dilute and spray with a hose end sprayer. Do this weekly from then on during the rest of your growing season.
Set up an irrigation system on a timer to deliver water periodically.

Note: We grow most of our vegetable plants in 18 gallon containers to contain 2 cubic feet of Nursery Mix or compost, a product which has not been previously modified with any kind of fertilizers. The Organic Gardening kit is enough to set up fourteen 18 gallon tubs or 28 square feet of planting area.

How to prepare 18 gallon containers (2 cubic feet of soil with 2 square feet of surface) with our Organic Garden Kit products.

Instructions for using an 18 gallon plastic tub (2 square feet) which has previously been prepared by drilling holes into the bottom so irrigation water can drain out.

2 cubic foot bag of finished compost. This is a basic growing medium. (If it's not finished compost, it won't work.)

Mix the ingredients below together into the top 6-8 inches of the compost.

Mix together in a 5 gallon bucket the Biosol Mix 7-2-3 fertilizer, Planters II trace mineral fertilizer, Lime, Soft Rock Phosphate, and Gypsum fertilizers.Apply 1 & 1/4 cups of the fertilizer mix per square foot of compost / soil mix. This provides a source of humus and minerals all over the compost to support bacteria and fungi in the soil for the entire growing season. Microbe action will free up nitrogen, phosphorous, potassium, magnesium, sulfate and other trace elements present to feed your plants. Soft Rock Phosphate is included to furnish the chemical compound colloid minerals needed for high plant health.

Use 1/2 to 1 tsp. of BioVam under seeds planted in the tubs and 1/2 tsp. to 1 tbsp. of BioVam on the roots of transplants as they are planted in the 18 gallon tubs or soil.

Using the microbe tea brewer, brew the microbe tea for 24 hours. Filter the tea through the filter bag into the 5 gallon bucket provided in the kit. Add Yucca Extract to the Microbe Tea. Bacteria in the microbe tea feed on Biosol Mix 7-2-3 fertilizer and their acids solubilize the minerals into available plant food.

After you have planted your seeds or transplants in your containers or in the ground, apply our Microbe Tea with Yucca Extract added as a soil drench to your soil. The Yucca Extract will make a significant difference in the plant germination stage, growth stage, and fruiting stage. Seeds will germinate faster. Plants will grow to have large root systems as well as large above ground systems. These performance improvements are due to Yucca Extract making plant cells more permeable to the uptake of water and the nutrients provided in the fertilizers furnished with our Organic Gardening Kit.

The fertilizer ingredients that come with our Organic Gardening Kit are enough to treat twenty eight square feet of regular garden soil if mixed into the top 6-8 inches of soil, or fourteen eighteen gallon tubs. Additional fertilizer kits are available for $17.14 to treat an additional 28 square feet.
