B-12 Activated 500 mcg 180 Capsules: contains equal amounts of 5-deoxyadenosyl cobalamin and methylcobalamin. These are the active forms of vitamin B-12. For normal absorption, B-12 requires intrinsic factor; but even without intrinsic factor, 1-2% of B-12 can be absorbed.
