We used all the products in our Organic Garden Kit  to grow these high quality (high brix) plants.

This method of growing plants produces results that most people have not observed before.  Plants may grow much faster than normal.  For example, the Celery plants below grew to 25 inches tall in 30-45 days and were ready to harvest.  Plant yields can be substantially higher.  And, of course, the nutritional value of these plants is greatly enhanced.

This celery was about 2" tall at the time it was transplanted.  In 45 days it was 25" tall and ready to harvest.   This variety was expected to mature in 110 days.  Time to harvest was reduced by 60%.

 At harvest time our celery was a sweet 12 Brix.

25 Yellow crookneck squash were well underway in 30 days after transplanting at 14 Brix.

High brix Tomatoes stored at room temperature for 14 months did not spoil.Tomatoes on the left side of the picture were harvested in August 2008.   The tomatoes on the right side of the picture are 14 months old.  The tomatoes on the left are 13 brix.  The tomatoes on the right are 10 brix.
